  • support management in the work with operational planning, follow-up, process development, and internal governance and control
  • analyze and compile impact assessments, consultation responses, and follow-ups
  • contribute to strategic projects and initiate or lead your own investigative and development assignments.

Additional tasks may be included in the position.

We are looking for someone who has:

  • a university degree at least at the undergraduate level, preferably with a focus on political science, public administration, or another relevant field
  • documented experience of qualified investigative work, preferably within the public sector
  • experience of work related to governance, planning, follow-up, or analysis
  • very good ability to express yourself in speech and writing in Swedish and English
  • good collaboration skills and the ability to build relationships in an organization with many contact points
  • the ability to independently drive and be responsible for cases and projects, take initiative, and work solution-oriented with a focus on development and efficiency.

We will also value the following assessment criteria in the employment:

  • Experience of work within the public sector, preferably within the higher education sector.
